B- Shell Scheme Rental (minimum 10 sqm)

The price for shell scheme is 275 Euro/Per square meter.

This includes:
-  2 Exhibitors' Registration/Refreshments for registered exhibitors
-  Shell scheme frame, basic lighting, and electrical socket (1KW) Wall panels, maple boards, incl. uprights and frames: height 250, width 100 cm
-  Fascia panel with standard lettering
-  One table / 2 chairs & 3 spotlights
-  Company Name in the Program Booklet 
-  Invitation to the Welcome Reception for registered exhibitors

Space only / shell scheme rental does not include any extra furniture, electrical usage or stand cleaning. All these services and others will be available to order additionally.

Allocation Of Exhibition Space
Space Allocation will be made on a "first come, first served" basis. A completed Exhibition Booking Form and Contract should be faxed / emailed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Exhibition Booking Form and Contract, space will be confirmed and an invoice will be mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received.

Exhibitor Registration
All Exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be given for the first 10 square meters booked and one additional badge for each 10sqm thereafter.
An exhibitor registration form will be included in the Exhibitors' Technical Manual.

Payment Conditions/ Cancellation Policy/ Space Release
Payments can be made either by bank transfer or credit card.
All payment detailed will be available on Exhibition form.
Payment schedule is as follows:

50% deposit – on signing the space agreement
50% second payment due; September 1, 2010

All application forms for exhibit space must be accompanied by %50 Deposit payment receipt.

The exhibit space payment is payable no later than September 1, 2010

Non-receipt will automatically result in the release of the reserved space, a forfeiting of the deposit fee, and cancellation of the contract

Cancellation / Space reduction must be made in writing to Organizing Secretary.

(Refunds for contract payments and deposit fees will require written notice of cancellation.

Those received in writing prior to September 1, 2010 will receive a 75% refund

Cancellations received in writing after September 1, 2010 will receive NO refund.
