October 2010 is a very busy month in Istanbul. It is highly recommended that Conference participants should make their hotel bookings well in advance in order to take advantage of the special rates.

TEAMCON CONGRESS SERVICES has made block reservations at different category hotels within walking distance to Congress venue. These rates can be confirmed only if reservations are made through TeamCon Congress Services.
Accommodation requests will be confirmed once the Hotel reservation Form together with full payment is received.

All extra expenses such as meals, mini bar, telephone calls, dry cleaning etc. should be paid to the hotels directly before check-out.

TEAMCON CONGRESS SERVICES will operate a "first come - first served" basis with hotel requests.

Any changes or cancellation should be communicated by fax or email to Teamcon Congress Services

• The above mentioned rates are per room per night accommodation based on bed & breakfast and include valid 8% VAT.
• Any change in the VAT will be reflected to the rates given.
• Check in to the hotels begins at 14:00 hours and check out from the hotels ends at 12:00 hours.

Deadline for Advance Accommodation Reservation Requests
Deadline for advanced accommodation requests is 01 September 2010.

Please note that requests after this date will still be processed depending on to the availability of the hotel requested. To avoid any inconvenience we recommend you to make your reservation at an earlier stage.

How to Make Accommodation Reservation
Accommodation requests will be processed when the hotel reservation form together with full payment is received. Reservations can be completed online and submit to the Conference Secretariat. Payments can be done either by Credit card or bank wire transfer. You are requested to read the cancellation policy and terms of payment shown below.

Group Accommodation

Cancellation and Refund Policies
HOTEL reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your reservation form along with your hotel payment (in full) to the Conference Secretariat. All the cancellations and changes of hotel reservations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in written..

Refund policy for the hotel reservations :

All refunds will be processed after the IWA-MTWR 2010 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in your written cancellation application. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

Methods of Payment
The accommodation request forms will only be taken into consideration if accompanied with the respective payment. Payments are to be made in USD.

Payments can be made using one of the methods stated below.

1) Credit Card payment

During the online registration; upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card which the total amount of your stay will be charged.. VISA / MasterCard are accepted for the payments.

2) Wire (Bank) Transfer:

The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges.

All bank transfers should be exclusive of all bank charges. Please make sure to indicate participant's name and all details below on the bank transfer form. Please indicate the name(s) of the participant(s) on each transfer. A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to Teamcon Congress Services with form to +90 212 343 80 23
Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.

Confirmation of Accommodation Reservations:
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written following receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.

Confirmations for online registration will be sent in 3 business days for the process. Registration applications and payments sent after OCTOBER 14, 2010 may not be confirmed in written since the advance registration will be closed after this date.

Please note that American Express and Diners will NOT be accepted. Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. The card number, expiration date and CVC code should be stated in the appropriate space on the reservation form.
